Minnesota Book Awards - Meet the Finalists

Whether you’re interested in reading mysteries, memoir, or a mix of everything, the annual Minnesota Book Award is always a good place to turn to discover your next favorite author. Later this month – for the first time – the Book Awards will give you the opportunity to do more than read the finalists. You can actually meet nearly all of the creators.

Join readers from across the state next Saturday, March 21 (10:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) for Meet the Finalists. Saint Paul Public Library will host at George Latimer Central Library, 90 W. Fourth Street. Attending is FREE but advance registration is requested.

As the name suggests, authors from each of the nine award categories will participate in readings, panel discussions, and other activities centering their books. Click here for a complete itinerary of events and featured authors.

Note: Partnering bookseller Red Balloon Bookshop will be on hand to sell copies of each finalist’s book, and each panel will conclude with an opportunity to get your copies signed.
